Spa Etiquette Policies
Please take the time to read our spa etiquette policies. We designed these with your wellness in mind.
Health Matters
Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy, or any health-related concerns you may have when setting an appointment.
Attire
Choose what is most comfortable for you. For appointments longer than an hour, you may want to wear clothes that are comfortable and allow you to lie down in a relaxed, non-restricted manner. Treatment room temperatures are usually constant, but it does not hurt to bring a light sweater just in case. Wearing comfortable clothes during your session can help optimize your special “me-time” and enhance your experience. Also, to prevent unnecessary discomfort, avoid wearing large dangling earrings or wearing your hair in a ponytail or bun.
Arrival
Arriving late may make it necessary to limit the time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed. Please arrive five minutes before the scheduled time to check in and prepare to enjoy your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
The treatments you selected are reserved especially for you. Guest may be responsible for a fee if appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
